Chambers Survey and J.M. Verarœndi <br /> League Survey # 2 in said Ci ty; and, <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to said public hearing on said date, said <br /> Commissions did, on August 20, 1985, consider said request and voted <br /> to approve the sarœ and have recommended that such request be approved <br /> by the City Council of said City; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said City Council held a public hearing on the 28 day <br /> of Octobe;r 1985, regarding such request; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all requirements of the Master Plan pertaining to <br /> amendments have been met; and, <br /> í'lliEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that the <br /> adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the public <br /> health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT REEDLVED BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CI'IY OF SAN MARCOS, TEX.AS : <br /> PART 1.
