THENCE, leaving the said W.B. William 84.84 acre tract, N 44° 17' E, 832.38 feet to a re-entrant corner of the said Smith 765.04 acre tract, same being the west corner of a tract of land conveyed to Dewey D. Ð:1ge by Herbert Holcombe by deed dated March 9,1953, and recorded in Volume 155, Page 477, Hays County Deed Records, for the North corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, with the Easterly Northeast line of the said Smi th 765.04 acre tract, the Southwest line of the said Dewey D. Ð:1ge tract, S 44° 05' E, 309.80 feet to a point, same being the Easterly East corner of the said Smith 765.04 acre tract, the North corner of the said Smith and Shelton 0.74 acre tract; THENCE, leaving the said Smith 765.04 acre tract, with the Easterly Northeast line of the said Smith and Shelton 0.74 acre tract, the Southwest line of the said Dewey D. Ð:1ge tract, S 62 ° 00' E, 35.38 feet to the west line of F.M. Highway No. 2439, for the East corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving 1:-he said Dewey D. Ð:1ge tract, wi 1:-11 the west line of said F.M. Highway No. 2439, same being the East line of the said Smith and Shelton 0.74 acre tract, S 20° 29' W, 386.45 to the South corner of the said Smith and Shelton 0.74 acre tract, the East corner of the aforementioned Hill 0.5 acre tract, for the most Easterly South corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving the said F.M.
