<br /> ARTICLE XIV <br /> COOPERATION OF PARTIES <br /> This Agreement is for the benefit of the City, the <br /> District, and Developer, its successors and assigns, and shall <br /> not be construed to confer any benefit on any other party except <br /> as expressly provided herein.
