27.Consider approval of Resolution 2014 -28R, approving an Interlocal Agreement with the <br />San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District for the design and construction <br />of improvements for widening Stagecoach Trail between Maria Hernandez Elementary <br />School and Snyder Hill Drive at an estimated cost of $150,000.00 of which the district <br />will pay $65,000.00; authorizing the City Manager to execute said Interlocal Agreement; <br />and declaring an effective date. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Becak, and a second by Council Member <br />Thomaides, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to approve.
