KRAUS BY DEED DATED MAY 26, 1983 AND <br />RECORDED IN VOLUME 394, PAGE 483, HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND <br />BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS, <br />TO-WIT: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a iron stake found at the Northwest corner of the <br />said Rice 49.48 acre tract, same being on the South line of Ranch <br />Road 12, the Northwest corner of the Di ve Shop Addi tion, a <br />subdivision of record as recorded in Book 3, Page 181, Hays <br />County Plat Records for the Northeast corner of the tract herein <br />described; <br /> <br />THENCE, leaving the said Ranch Road 12 with the East line of the <br />said Rice 49.48 acre tract, the West line of the said Dive Shop <br />Addition, S 29 II' W, 245.07 feet to a iron stake found for the <br />Southeast corner of the tract herein described, same being a re- <br />entrant corner of the said Rice 49.48 acre tract, the Southwest <br />corner of the said Dive Shop Addition; <br /> <br />THENCE, leaving the said Dive Shop Addition, N 64 15' W, 117.61 <br />feet to a point for the Southwest corner of the tract herein <br />described; <br /> <br />THENCE, N 25 30' E, 250.37 feet to a point on the South line of <br />the aforementioned Ranch Road No. 12, same being the North line <br />of the said Rice 49.48 acre tract, for the Northwest corner of <br />the tract herein described; <br /> <br />THENCE, with the South line of the said Ranch Road No. 12, the <br />North line of the said Rice 49.48 acre tract, the following <br />courses numbered (1) and (2): <br />(1) 83.35 feet along the arc of a curve to the right with a <br />radius of 2242.10 feet and a sub-chord which bears S 62 <br />00' E, 89.21 feet to a concrete monument found, <br />Engineer's Centerline Station 670 + 87.5; <br />(2) S 61 22' E, 44.29 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING <br />containing 0.71 acres of land, more or less.
