<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS:
<br /> SOCTION 1. That the following described tract of real property
<br /> located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is presently zoned "c"
<br /> (Commercial) henceforth shall be rezoned "TH-2" (1bwnhouse District):
<br /> BEIN3 18.93 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS OUT OF THE J .M.
<br /> VERAMENDI SJRVEY NO.1, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A roRTION OF
<br /> THAT 765.04 ACRE TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED IN EXHIBITS A AND B
<br /> AS CONVEYED 10 HANDLER SMITH, ET AL, BY PARTITION DEED DATED
<br /> MARCH 21,1972, AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 249, PAGE 177, HAYS
<br /> COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND A 5.98 ACRE TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED 10

<br /> BEGINNIN3 at a point on the Northeast line of that 84.84 tract
<br /> of land as conveyed to W.B. Williams by William A. willian~, et
<br /> ux, by deed dated March 31,1955, and recorded in Volume 193,
<br /> Page 159, Hays County œed Records, same being on the Easterly
<br /> southwest line of the said smith 765.04 acre tract, for the
<br /> South corner of the tract herein described, and from which the
<br /> Easterly South corner of the said smith 765.04 acre tract bears,
<br /> S 45°43'E, 454.09 feet;
<br /> THENCE, with the Easterly Southwest line of the said smith
<br /> 765.04 acre tract, and the Northeast line of the said W. B.
<br /> vvilliams 84.84 acre tract, N 45°43' W, 768.73 feet to the west
<br /> corner of the tract herein described;
<br /> THENCE, leaving the said W.B. williams 84.84 acre tract, N 44°
<br /> 17' E, 1150.98 feet to the North corner of the tract herein
<br /> described, same being the North corner of that 5.98 acre tract
<br /> of land conveyed to Handler ~nith by Corrie J. smith, et ux, by
<br /> deed dated March 29,1963, and recorded in Volume 195, Page 384,
<br /> Hays County œed Records, the Southwest line of a 17.88 acre
<br /> tract of land conveyed to ~njamin M. Primer, Jr., by H.U. Miles
<br /> by deed dated September 30, 1958, and recorded in Volume 175,
<br /> Page 314, Hays County Deed Records;
<br /> THENCE, leaving the said smith 765.04 acre tract, with the
<br /> Southwest line of the said ~njamin M. Primer, Jr. 17.88 acre
<br /> tract same being the Northeast line of the said Smith 5.98 acre
<br /> tract, S 46° 47' E, 398.80 feet to the most Northerly Northeast
