Owen by Melvin Wimberley, et ux, by deed dated August 16,1954, and recorded in Volume 160, Page 155, Hays County Ceed Records; THENCE, leaving the said Primer 17.88 acre tract, with the Southeast line of the said S:nith 5.98 acre tract, same being the Northwest line of the said ONen 1.0 acre tract, S 41' 13' W, 165.50 feet to a re-entrant corner of the tract herein described, same being a re-entrant corner of the said S:nith 5.98 acre tract, the west corner of the said Owen 1.0 acre tract; THENCE, with the Northeast line of the said S:nith 5.98 acre tract, the Southwest line of the said Owen 1.0 acre tract, S 460 47' E. at about 96.10 feet passing the East corner of the said Smith 5.98 acre tract, same being a North corner of the aforementioned S:nith 765.04 acre tract, and continuing on in all, a distance of 310.40 feet to the East corner of the tract herein described, same being a point on the Northwest line of that tract of land conveyed to Dewey D. Etlge by Herbert Holcombe by deed dated March 9,1953, and recorded in Volume 155, Page 477, Hays County Deed Records; THENCE, leaving the said ONen 1.0 acre tract of land with the Southeast line of the said S:nith 765.04 acre tract, the Northwest line of the said Dewey D. Ð:::1ge tract, S 25 0 30' W, 175.69 feet to the west corner of the said Etlge tract; THENCE, leaving the said Ð:::1ge tract, S 44'17' W. 832.38 feet to the FOINT OF BEGINNING, containing 18.93 acres of land, more or less. That the tract of property described in Section 1 above which is in an area shown on the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of the Master Plan of the City of San Marcos as Low Censity Residential henceforth shall be shown on said map as Medium Density Residential. SErTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in ef feet ten (10) from and after its passage and after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area.
