-6- (10) Within twenty (20) feet of the driveway entrance to any fire station and, on the side of a street opposite the entrance to any fire station, within seventy-five (75) feet of such entrance (when properly signposted). (11) Alongside or opposite any street exca- vation or obstruction when stopping, standing or parking would obstruct traffic. (12) On the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of a street. (13) Upon any bridge or other elevated structure upon a highway or within a highway tunnel. (14) At any place where official signs prohibit stopping. (15) At a parking space or parking area designated for use by the temporarily or permanently disabled by a sign erected giving notice thereof, ex- cept when such vehicle is transporting a temporarily or permanently disabled person or persons and when such ve- hicle bears special devices for the permanently disabled or is displaying a temporarily disabled identification card, such devices and cards as issued by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation through the office of the County Tax Collector. (b) No person shall move a vehicle not lawfully under his control into any pro- hibited area specified above or away from a curb such distance as is unlawful. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage and publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area. PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading December 12, 1983.
