<br /> -13- <br /> XXVI. <br /> Lessee shall maintain at its own expense fire and extended <br /> coverage insurance on any aircraft stored, secured, placed, housed <br /> or located on said demised premises. Should annual insurance <br /> premiums paid by Lessor in connection with the ownership, <br /> maintenance or use of the San Marcos Municipal Airport or any <br /> operations at said Airport or elsewhere which are necessary or <br /> incidental to said ownership, maintenance or use ever be increased <br /> because of the securing by Lessee of aircraft in the storage hangar <br /> or parking area herein provided for, Lessee shall promptly pay <br /> the extra amount of the premium upon request by Lessor. Lessor <br /> shall not be liable to Lessee for losses due to theft or burglary <br /> or for damage done by unauthorized persons on said Airport premises. <br /> XXVII. <br /> Any word, group of words, phrase, sentence, paragraph or <br /> provision herein prohibited by law, or decision by a court of <br /> final jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such <br /> prohibition without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof. <br /> XXVIII. <br /> Whenever any payment lS to be made under this Agreement <br /> at or within a time stated, and whenever any act is to be done <br /> under this Agreement, by either party, at, or within a stated <br /> time, time shall be of the essence of this Agreement. <br /> XXIX. <br /> All notices required to be given to the Lessor hereunder <br /> shall be given by certified mail, return receipt requested, <br /> separately addressed to the Mayor of the City of San Marcos <br /> and to the City Manager for the City of San Marcos at 630 East <br /> Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas, 78666. All notices required to be <br /> given to the Lessee hereunder shall be given by certified mail, <br /> return receipt requested, separately addressed to GT+3 Fliqht <br /> <br /> Operations, Inc. , at Route 2. Box ~r;47., San Marcos. Texas 78666 . <br /> . <br /> Both parties may designate in writing from time to time substitute <br /> addresses or persons in connection with the said notices. <br />
