<br /> -2- <br /> ( f) To provide all barricades or other items of <br /> equipment needed to properly close off the <br /> streets designated on Exhibit A, as determined <br /> by the City Chief of Police. <br /> 3. The City agrees as follows: <br /> (a) To exercise ordinary care in the conduct of <br /> its business by and through its employees <br /> and agents; <br /> (b) To require only normal, customary, and ordinary <br /> standards of cleanliness in regards to its streets, <br /> sidewalks and other public property used by <br /> Frito Lay and the ~s attracted to said <br /> bicycle race; " /. , C' <br /> (c) To return the ~~: epo i~ ~equired herein <br /> within seventy-two (72) hours of termination <br /> of this contract or of the conclusion of the <br /> said bicycle race whichever comes first, <br /> provided that the Chief of Police has certified <br /> that the streets were cleaned to proper <br /> specifications; <br /> (d) In the event that the streets are not cleaned <br /> to proper specifications within the time limits <br /> provided herein, the City will return the ~-O <br /> deposit less any reasonable charges made to Frito <br /> Lay by the City for clean-up work. <br /> 4. The parties hereto agree: <br /> (a) That this contract may be terminated by either <br /> party by giving written notice to the other <br /> party at least seventy-two (72) hours before <br /> the time of termination; <br /> (b) That no amendments to this contract can be made <br /> except by written agreement of both parties. <br /> 5.
