105 THE STATE OF T;:;XAS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED COUNTY OF HAYS KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That the City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation of Hays County, Texas, existing by and under the- laws of the State of Texas, whose address is 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas, 78666, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration to the undersigned paid by the grantees herein named, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED, and by these presents does GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY unto Milton Daniel Buie Properties Partnership, a general partnership of Hays County, Texas consisting of Milton Daniel Buie, Dorys Eleanor Boggus Buie and David Milton Buie, general partners, whose address is 1128 West San Antonio Street, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, all of the City's right, title and interest in the following described real property in Hays County, Texas, to-wit: One-half (1/2) of the width of that portion of Carson Street lying between Allen, Franklin and North Bishop Streets, and being that portion of said street which abuts the most easterly corner of that 232.1 acre tract of land, consisting of 140.1 acres out of the J. Williams Survey, 50.0 acres out of the R.H. Williams Survey and 42.0 acres out of the T.J. Chambers Survey, conveyed to Milton Daniel Buie Properties Partnership, a general partnership consisting of Milton Daniel Buie, Dorys Eleanor Boggus Buie and David Milton Buie, general partners, by deed dated June 29, 1983 and recorded in Volume 399, Page 326, Deed Records of Hays County, Texas TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the said grantees, their heirs and assigns forever; and grantor does hereby bind
