103 and 165 as shown on said plat and the most easterly corner of that 232.1 acre tract of land, consisting- of 140.1 acres out of the J. Williams Survey, 50.0 acres out of the R.H. Williams Survey, and 4:¿.0 acres out of the T.J. Chambers Survey, conveyed to Milton Daniel Buie Properties Partnership, a general partnership con- sisting of Milton Daniel Buie, Dorys Eleanor Boggus Buie and David Milton Buie, general partners, by deed dated June 29, 1983, and recorded in Volume 399, Page 326, Deed Records of Hays County, Texas; De, and it is hereby declared to be, and is henceforth vaca- ted and abandoned as to any use, right or claim in, or responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance by the public in general and the City of San Marcos in particular. SECTION 2. That the fee to said portion of said street is hereby released and shall revert to Milton Daniel Buie Properties, a general partnership of Hays County, Texas consisting of Hilton Daniel Buie, Dorys Eleanor Boggus Buie and David Milton Buie, general partners, Reuben H. Meeks and Harian Nelson Heeks in proportion to their abutting ownership, save and except that easements are reserved for any and all existing utilities and for drainage purposes. SECTION 3. That the Mayor of the City of San Mar- cos, Texas be, and she is hereby, authorized to execute special warranty deeds to Hilton Daniel Buie Properties, a general partnership of Hays County, Texas consisting of Milton Daniel Buie, Dorys Eleanor Boggus Buie and David Milton Buie, general partners, and Reuben H. Meeks ruld l<1arian Nelson Meeks in proportion to their abutting ownership. SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall be effective ten (10) days from and after its passage and publica- tion in a newspaper of general circulation in the area.
