<br />SECTION 2. That Chapter 29, Article VII, Section
<br />29-152(c) of the Code of Ordinances, City of San Marcos,
<br />Texas, is hereby amended to add the following locations in
<br />proper alphabetical sequence which are hereby designated as
<br />tow-away zones:
<br />
<br />Elm Street, Northeast side, from the northeastern
<br />corner of its intersection with Live Oak Street
<br />southeast for 254 feet.
<br />
<br />Elm Street, Southwest side, Live Oak Street
<br />southeast for 40 feet.
<br />
<br />Elm Street, Southwest side, from a point 175 feet
<br />southeast of its intersection with Live Oak
<br />Street southeast 46 feet.
<br />
<br />Elm Street, Southwest side, Matthews Street
<br />northwest for 130 feet.
<br />
<br />Harvey Street, North side, San Antonio Street
<br />westfor 62.5 feet.
<br />
<br />Harvey Street, South side, San Antonio Street
<br />west for 95 feet.
<br />
<br />Live Oak Street, both sides, Elm Street to
<br />Guadalupe Street.

<br />San Antonio Street, North side, Harvey Street
<br />east for 65 feet.
<br />
<br />San Antonio Street, North side, northwest side of
<br />its intersection with Harvey Street east for 25
<br />feet.

<br />San Antonio Street, South side, Harvey Street
<br />east for 43.5 feet.

<br />SEC'rrON 3. Tha-t any person, firm or corporation
<br />violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be guilty of
<br />a misdemeanor, and shall be deemed guilty of a separate
<br />offense for each day or portion thereof during which any
<br />violation hereof is committed, continues, or is permitted,
<br />and upon conviction of any such violation shall be punished
<br />by a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00).
<br />
<br />SECTION 4. Tha-t this Ordinance shall be in effect ten
<br />days from and after its passage and publication in a
<br />newspaper of general circulation in the area.
<br />
