<br /> 27 <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br /> WARRANTY DEED <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> That the City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal <br />corporation of Hays County, organized and existing under the <br />laws of the State of Texas, for and in consideration of the <br />sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration <br />to the undersigned paid by the grantee herein narIled, the <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has GRANTED, SOLD <br />AND CONVEYED, and by these presents does GRANT, SELL AND <br />CONVEY unto Lee Swift, P.O. Box 79, San Marcos, of the County <br />of Hays and State of Texas, all of the following described <br />real property in Hays County, Texas to-wit: <br /> Being a tract of land located in the: <br /> Second Section of victory Gardens, a subdivision <br /> in the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, <br /> the map or plat of the said subdivision and the <br /> restrictions and inhibitions that govern the <br /> same are filed in the Deed Records of Hays <br /> County, Texas, in Vol UTile 130 at pages 48-52 and <br /> are here referred to and made part hereof for <br /> location and description of the tract of land <br /> hereby conveyed. Said tract of land hereby <br /> conveyed is more particularly described as <br /> follows: begin at the north-east corner or end <br /> of Block numbered thirty-nine (39) in said <br /> Second Section of victory Gardens at point of <br /> intersection of Knox and Stilwell Streets in <br /> said subdivision, said point of intersection <br /> being the northeast corner of the tract of land <br /> hereby conveyed; thence westward along the south <br /> boundary line of said Knox Street one hundred <br /> and forty feet (140) for the west corner of the <br /> tract of land hereby conveyed; thence on a line <br /> that is perpendicular to the said south boundary <br /> line of Knox Street eighty three (83) feet to <br /> the point of intersection with the North <br /> boundary line of Stilwell Street for the most <br /> southern corner of the tract of land hereby <br /> conveyed, which corner is also the most eastern <br /> corner of an adjoining tract of land sold to <br /> Fernando Vasquez and Mrs. Julia G. Vasquez; <br /> thence along said north boundary line of said <br /> Stilwell Street to the point of beginning. <br />
