That the consideration of twelve thousand <br />dollars ($12,000.00) for said property be, and the same is <br />hereby, approved. <br /> SECTION 3. That the purchaser is hereby placed on <br />notice that the subject property is subject to assessment <br />under the provisions of Article 1105b, Texas Revised Civil <br />Statutes. <br /> SECTION 4. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, Emmie Craddock, be, and she is hereby, authorized to <br />execute a warranty deed to Lee Swift from the City of San <br />Marcos for said property. <br /> SECTION 5.
