73 Regular Meeting January 28, 1985 Page 5 Ms. Kissler moved for approval of the Ordinance on second reading and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion. George Boeker advised the Council there was a 12" water main that could service this property. He stated the plans for the property are to place a small warehouse and/or restaurant facilities on the property, and that the 12" water main would be sufficient for that purpose¡ but if the plans are changed in the future to some other usage, such as a residence, then the 12" water main would not be sufficient for this purpose. The Council voted unanimously for approval of the Ordinance on se- cond reading. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of a Resolution, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT FOR MUTUAL AID IN FIRE PROTECTION BETWEEN SAID CITY AND THE SOUTH HAYS COUNTY VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT, INC.; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT¡ AND DECLARING AN EFFECT- IVE DATE. Mr. Coddington moved for adoption of the Resolution and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. (See Minutes Feb. II, 1985, P. 6). Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of a Resolution, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A PROPOSED CORNERSTONE TRUST AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDI- FREE INVESTMENTS, INC., TRUSTEE, AND SAID CITY, TRUST- OR, OF THE ORIGINAL CORNERSTONE REMOVED FROM THE "OLD FIRE HOUSE AND CITY HALL" ON GUADALUPE STREET IN SAID CITY¡ AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY; DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO MAKE SAID CORNERSTONE AVAILABLE TO THE TRUSTEE UPON THE EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY ALL PARTIES¡ AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
