<br /> 67 <br /> RESOLUTION 1984-31R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, RATIFYING THE EXECUTION <br /> BY THE CITY MANAGER OF SAID CITY OF AN APPLICATION <br /> FOR ASSISTANCE FRCM THE GOVERNOR'S CRIMINAL <br /> JUSTICE DIVISION FOR A JUVENILE lAW ENFORCEMENT <br /> OFFICER AND DEClARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, wishes to apply for <br />assistance from the Governor's Criminal Justice Division for a <br />Juvenile Law Enforcement Officer; and <br />WHEREAS, the City is willing to participate in the funding <br />for said Juvenile Law Enforcement Officer in the amount of $4,223.22; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS : <br />PART 1. That the execution by the City Manager for the City <br />of San Marcos, Texas, of an application to the Governor's Criminal <br />Justice Division for assistance for a Juvenile Law Enforcement Officer <br />for said City, a copy of said application being attached hereto, is <br />hereby approved. <br />PART 2. That funding in the amount of $4,223.22 is hereby authorized <br />if said application is approved and ratified. <br />PART 3.
