The board met and <br /> approved the proposal. Listed below is a breakdown of the funds to be provided <br /> by the State and City. During the first year, the State will pay 100% for <br /> salary. <br /> State City <br /> $20,435.50 Salary $1,414.08 Projected Overtime <br /> 3,636.43 Fringe Benefits 467.57 Fringe Benefits <br /> 81. 57 File Cabinet 81. 57 File Cabinet <br /> 192.50 Desk w / typewriter stand 192.50 Desk w/typewriter stand <br /> 187.50 Chairs 187.50 Chairs <br /> 200.00 Film Rental Fees 1,380.00 City vehicle/travel allowance <br /> 500.00 Office Supplies and Printing <br /> $24,733.50 Total $4,223.22 Total <br /> The grant is scheduled to begin in September 1984 and CAPCO has requested a <br /> resolution fraIl the Council committing the City to their matching funds. <br /> The total amount, $4,223.22, is not available in an existing budget and <br /> provisions will need to be made for it in October. During the month of <br /> September, the only projected expenditures will be projected overtime and the <br /> fringe benefits. Below is a breakdown: <br /> $117 .84 8 hours overtime (September) <br /> 38.97 fringe benefits (September) <br /> $156.81 TOTAL <br /> This amount would in all probabilities be the only monies needed fraIl the City, <br /> since salary is covered by the State and the equipment can be ordered in October <br /> after the new budget year. The Crime Prevention Coordinator Grant currently has <br /> enough funds to cover the expense. <br />
