78 RESOLUTION 1984-34R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A LEASE AND OPERATING AGREEMENT BETWEEN NORTH AMERICAN AEROSPACE CORPORATION AND SAID CITY FOR THE LEASE BY SAID NORTH AMERICAN AEROSPACE CORPORATION OF 64,862 SQUARE FEET AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIR- PORT; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas desires to enter into a Lease And Operating Agreement with North American Aerospace Corporation for the lease by said North American Aerospace Corporation of 64,862 square feet at the San Marcos Municipal Airport; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of said City hereby finds and determines that it is in the public interest to enter into said Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth therein, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That the terms and conditions contained in the Lease And Operating Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, between North American Aerospace Corporation and said City for the lease by said North American Aerospace Corporation of 64,862 square feet at the San Marcos Municipal Airport, are hereby in all things approved. PART 2. That the Mayor of said City, be, and she lS hereby, authorized to execute said Lease And Operating Agreement on behalf of said City. PART 3.
