<br /> 80 <br /> RESOLUTION 1984-35R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE TEillqS AND <br /> CONDITIONS OF A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN ROBERT <br /> N. INGRAM AND SAID CITY FOR THE LEASE BY SAID <br /> ROBERT N. INGRAM OF 2400 SQUARE FEET AT THE <br /> SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas <br /> desires to enter into a lease agreement with Robert N. Ingram <br /> for the lease by said Robert N. Ingram of 2400 square feet at <br /> the San Marcos Municipal Airport; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of said City hereby finds and <br /> determines that it is in the public interest to enter into <br /> said lease agreement on the terms and conditions set forth <br /> in the Lease, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof for all purposes; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions contained in the <br /> Lease, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> for all purposes, between Robert N. Ingram and said City for the <br /> lease by said Robert N. Ingram of 2400 square feet at the San <br /> Marcos Municipal Airport are hereby in all things approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Mayor of said City, be, and she lS <br /> hereby, authorized to execute said Lease on behalf of said City. <br /> PART 3.
