<br /> -2- <br /> d. will provide the services of psychological <br /> testing and evaluation of police officers, as <br /> requested by the City, especially in relation <br /> to the officer's ability to manage stress, <br /> ability to control impulsive behavior, to <br /> determine the presence or absence of <br /> psychopathology, and to review other factors <br /> affecting police job performance. All such <br /> work shall be done under the direction of the <br /> Chief of Police of the City. <br /> e. Will provide testimony at administrative and <br /> judicial hearings related to psychological <br /> evaluations, as needed by the City. <br /> f. Willconduct training of police officers at <br /> appropriate workshops, seminars, and individually, <br /> relating to interpersonal development and <br /> communication, stress and stress management, <br /> shooting trauma, police officer burnout, and <br /> related matters as agreed to by the parties herein. <br /> 4. The City shall pay the Consultants, and the Consultants <br /> agree to accept as full payment for work performed under Sections <br /> 3 (a), (b), and (c) of this Agreement the amount of Sixty Dollars <br /> ($60.00) per hour, providing that the total amount to be paid <br /> by the City to the Consultants under Sections 3 (a), (b) and (c) <br /> for each officer evaluated shall not exceed Two Hundred Dollars <br /> ($200.00). For work performed by Consultants for City under <br /> Sections 3 (d), (e) and (f) the City shall pay the Consultants, <br /> and the Consultants agree to accept as full payment for work <br /> performed under this Agreement, the amount of Sixty Dollars <br /> ($60.00) per hour or any other reasonable amount not in excess <br /> of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per hour that is agreed to by the parties <br /> herein. <br /> 5. The City agrees to indemnify Consultants through <br /> City's liability policy for any damages and attorney's fees <br /> chargeable against Consultants for, or arising out of, the <br /> testing and evaluation activities carried out under this <br /> Contract. <br /> 6. This Agreement may be terminated by either party <br /> upon written notice to the other party and such termination shall <br /> in no way prejudice the payments due the Consultants for services <br /> rendered or the City's right to consulting services prior to receipt <br /> of notice by either party. <br />
