Will provide the services of psychological testing and evaluation of police officers, as requested by the City, especially in relation to the officer's ability to manage stress, ability to control im- pulsive behavior, to determine the presence or ab- sence of psychopathology, and to review other factors affecting police job performance. All such work shall be done under the direction of the Chief of Police of the City. e. Will provide testimony at administrative and judi- cial hearings related to psychological evaluations, as needed by the City. f. Will conduct training of police officers at appro- priate workshops, seminars and individually,rela- ting to interpersonal development and communica- tion, stress and stress management, shooting trauma, police officer burnout, and related matters as agreed to by the parties herein. 4. The City shall pay the Consultant, and the Consultant agrees to accept as full payment for work performed under Sec- tions 3 a, b, and c of this Agreement the amount of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per hour, providing that the total amount to be paid by the City to the Consultant under Sections 3 a, b, and c for each officer evaluated shall not exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). For work performed by the Con- sul tant for City under Sections 3 d, e, and f, the City shall pay the Consultant, and the Consultant agrees to accept as full payment for work performed under this Agreement, the amount of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per hour or any other reason- able amount not in excess of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per hour that is agreed to by the parties herein. 5. The City agrees to indemnify the Consultant through City's liability policy for any damages and attorney's fees chargeable against the Consultant for, or arising out of, the testing and evaluation activities carried out under this Contract. 6. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party and such termination shall in no way prejudice the payments due the Consultant for services rendered or the City's right to consulting services prior to receipt of notice by either party.
