<br /> -2- <br /> d. Will provide the services of psychological testing <br /> and evaluation of police officers, as requested by <br /> the City, especially in relation to the officer's <br /> ability to manage stress, ability to control im- <br /> pulsive behavior, to determine the presence or ab- <br /> sence of psychopathology, and to review other factors <br /> affecting police job performance. All such work <br /> shall be done under the direction of the Chief of <br /> Police of the City. <br /> e. Will provide testimony at administrative and judi- <br /> cial hearings related to psychological evaluations, <br /> as needed by the City. <br /> f. Will conduct training of police officers at appro- <br /> priate workshops, seminars and individually,rela- <br /> ting to interpersonal development and communica- <br /> tion, stress and stress management, shooting trauma, <br /> police officer burnout, and related matters as agreed <br /> to by the parties herein. <br /> 4. The City shall pay the Consultant, and the Consultant <br /> agrees to accept as full payment for work performed under Sec- <br /> tions 3 a, b, and c of this Agreement the amount of Sixty <br /> Dollars ($60.00) per hour, providing that the total amount <br /> to be paid by the City to the Consultant under Sections 3 <br /> a, b, and c for each officer evaluated shall not exceed Two <br /> Hundred Dollars ($200.00). For work performed by the Con- <br /> sul tant for City under Sections 3 d, e, and f, the City shall <br /> pay the Consultant, and the Consultant agrees to accept as <br /> full payment for work performed under this Agreement, the <br /> amount of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per hour or any other reason- <br /> able amount not in excess of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per hour <br /> that is agreed to by the parties herein. <br /> 5. The City agrees to indemnify the Consultant through <br /> City's liability policy for any damages and attorney's fees <br /> chargeable against the Consultant for, or arising out of, <br /> the testing and evaluation activities carried out under this <br /> Contract. <br /> 6. This Agreement may be terminated by either party <br /> upon written notice to the other party and such termination <br /> shall in no way prejudice the payments due the Consultant for <br /> services rendered or the City's right to consulting services <br /> prior to receipt of notice by either party. <br />
