VI. OTHER ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTING SERVICES: Auditor ag rees to provide other additional accounting services to the City d ur ing the period of October 1, 1983 through September 30, 1984. Such services will consist of any financial consultation required and/or requested by the City. VII. COMPENSATION FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES: City agrees to compensate Auditor for additional accounting services on a pro-rata per diem basis commencing after October 1, 1983, with compensation in the form of reimbursements to the Aud i tor for actual work time and reasonable travel time computed on a one-way basis only from time of departure from Auditor's premises to immediate arrival at City work premises. VIII. COORDINATION BET~EEN CITY AND AUDITOR DURING ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTING SERVICES: In order to facilitate the work of the Auditor and in order to ensure minimum disruption of the normal performance of City business in all departments, Aud i tor agrees to coordinate all visits by Auditor's personnel and all Auditor requests for information and special support service from City employees with the City Manager of the City. Auditor ag rees that all add it ional account i ng serv ices to be performed be yo nd the scope of the regular annual audit must be approved pr ior to the performance of such services by the City Manager or Director of Finance of the City. IX. CANCELLATION PROVISION: If either party shall fail to keep any of the agreements herein agreed by it to be kept or to make any payments herein ag reed by it to be mad e, the other party may, by giving the party in default written not ice, cancel and terminate this ag reement as and from the expi rat ion of thirty days from the receipt of said notice.
