Grantee agrees to repair or replace any fencing on Grantor's land which is damaged by Grantee or Grantee's agents or contractors in connection with the construction, reconstruction, operation and maintenance of said Permanent Easement Strip and the Temporary Construction Easement (until tennination), and to restore said fence to as good a condition as existed prior to any such damage by Grantee or Grantee's agents or contractors. 7. Grantee expressly agrees that in the event Grantee fails to reasonably restore the Permanent Easement Strip and the Temporary Construction Easement as herein provided within a reasonable time after the completion of the construction of the undergroWld sewerlines and uo.derground waterlines, or fails to restore the Permanent Easement Strip as herein provided after any maintenance, replacement, or removal of either the underground sewerline or the underground waterline within a reasonable time, then Grantee shall be liable to Grantor, Grantor's successors and assigns, for the reasonable cost of completing such restoration. 8. Grantee agrees, at the time of construction, to bury said wastewater line or waterline installed within the Easement to a depth of at least 30 inches and to maintain a minimwn cover of 30 inches along said Permanent Easement Strip. I 9. Grantee agrees that, as a part of the consideration for this conveyance, Grantee will require the installation of two (2) service connections along Grantee's waterline to be constructed in the Easement Strip at locations designated by Or.mtor. 10. Grantee agrees that Grantor shall have the right to connect to Grantee's wastewater line to be constructed within the Easement Strip subject to Grantor's compliance with Grantee's roles and regulations for wastewater connections at the time of such connection. 11. All persons entering upon the Permanent Easement Strip or the Temporary Construction Easement under this grant shall confine themselves to the Permanent Easement strip and the Temporary Construction Easement (until termination) fOr the use and purposes contemplated here~ and no trespassing or other uses shall be permitted by Grantee, its successors and assigns_ 12. Grantor and Grantee agree that this agreement, as written. covers the entire agreement between the parties and no other representations or agreements, written or oral, have been made modifying, adding to or changing the teuns hereof or inducing the execution hereof.
