<br /> -4- <br /> Ordinance shall be construed to prohibit the <br /> city council from considering any other <br /> recommendations, reports, changes, or <br /> modifications relative to a city board, <br /> commission or conunittee subject to this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Sec. 2-140. Assistance of and access to city <br /> employees. <br /> The Commission may request the assistance of any <br /> city employee and such city employee shall assist <br /> the Conunission when requested to do so, when such <br /> assistance is determined by the chairperson of <br /> the Commission and the Mayor to be essential and <br /> necessary to the Commission's performance of its <br /> functions as provided for in this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten <br />(10) days from and after its passage and after its <br />publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br />area. <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading May 29, 1984. <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading June 7, 1984. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED June 11, 1984. <br /> Craddock <br />s K.
