<br /> -4- <br /> Ordinance shall be construed to prohibit the <br /> city council from considering any other <br /> recommendations, reports, changes, or <br /> modifications relative to a city board, <br /> commission or conunittee subject to this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Sec. 2-140. Assistance of and access to city <br /> employees. <br /> The Commission may request the assistance of any <br /> city employee and such city employee shall assist <br /> the Conunission when requested to do so, when such <br /> assistance is determined by the chairperson of <br /> the Commission and the Mayor to be essential and <br /> necessary to the Commission's performance of its <br /> functions as provided for in this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 2.
