<br /> 90. Right-of-way line: A dividing line between a
<br /> lot, tract or parcel of land and the public right-of-
<br /> way.
<br /> 91. Servants' quarters: An accessory building or
<br /> portion of a main building located on the same lot as
<br /> the main building and used as living quarters for servants
<br /> employed on the premises and not rented or otherwise
<br /> used as a separate domicile.
<br /> 92. Setback: See "Building setback line. "
<br /> 93. Shopping center: A group of architecturally unified
<br /> commercial establishments built on a site which is planned,
<br /> developed, owned and managed as an operating unit related
<br /> in its location, size and type of shops to the trade area
<br /> that the unit serves. The unit provides on-site parking
<br /> in definite relationship to the types and total size of
<br /> the stores.
<br /> 94. Shall/may: The word "shall" is always mandatory,
<br /> while the word "may" is merely permissive.
<br /> 95. Sign: A name, identification, 1mage, description,
<br /> display or illustration which is affixed to, painted or
<br /> represented directly or indirectly upon a building,
<br /> structure or piece of land, and which directs attention
<br /> to an object, product, place, activity, facility, service,
<br /> event, attraction, person, institution, organization or
<br /> business and which is visible from any street, right-of-
<br /> way, sidewalk, alley, park or other public property.
<br /> Customary displays or merchandise or objects and material
<br /> without lettering placed behind a store window are not
<br /> slgns.
<br /> 96. Specific use: A use which may be suitable in certain
<br /> locations in a zoning district if developed and operated
<br /> under specific conditions and/or for a limited period of
<br /> time.
<br /> 97. Storage building: Any building either portable or
<br /> constructed on-site, utilized for storage purposes, and
<br /> not requiring plumbing and electrical wiring, and not
<br /> used for residential purposes.
<br /> 98. Story: The vertical distance between the floor
<br /> and ceiling not to exceed fifteen (15) feet.
<br /> 99. Story, half: A story under a gable, hip, gambrel
<br /> roof, the floor area of which does not exceed more than
<br /> seventy-five (75) per cent of the area of the floor
<br /> immediately below the half story.
<br /> 100. Street: A public right-of-way, excluding alleys,
<br /> which provides primary vehicular access to adjacent land
<br /> whether designated as a street, highway, thoroughfare, ,
<br /> pa~kway, throughway, avenue, lane, boulevard, road, place,
<br /> dr1ve or however otherwise designated.
<br /> 101. Structure: That which is built or constructed
<br /> an edif~ce or building of any kind, or any piece of '
<br /> work bu1lt up or composed of parts joined together in
<br /> some definite manner.
