<br /> -39- <br /> B. Permitted uses: <br /> 1. One mobile home on each space or lot approved <br /> for mobile homes. <br /> 2. One recreational vehicle per lot space or lot <br /> approved for recreational vehicles. <br /> 3. Accessory buildings. <br /> 4. Recreational and commercial facilities designed <br /> for exclusive use of the park or subdivision's <br /> occupants. <br /> 5. Storage building. <br /> 6. The owner or manager's single-family dwelling <br /> unit on a 6,000 square foot lot or larger. <br /> 7. Portable buildings. <br /> C. Prohibited uses: <br /> 1. Any building or land used for other than one <br /> or more of the preceding specified uses. <br /> 2. More than one mobile home or recreational <br /> vehicle occupying an approved space or lot. <br /> 3. Any use of property that does not meet the <br /> required minimum lot size; front, side and <br /> rear yard dimension; and/or lot width; or <br /> exceeds the maximum height, building coverage <br /> or density per gross acre as required. <br /> D. Required conditions: <br /> 1. A development designed as a mobile home or <br /> recreational vehicle park shall meet all <br /> requirements of the mobile home park ordinance <br /> of the city, and any applicable sections of the <br /> city subdivision ordinance. Said facility so <br /> designed shall be for the explicit purpose of <br /> renting or leasing of mobile home sites and shall <br /> not be construed to permit the sale of such spaces <br /> as lots. <br /> 2. A development designed as a mobile home or <br /> recreational vehicle subdivision shall meet <br /> all requirements of the city subdivision ordinance <br /> and any applicable sections of the city mobile <br /> home park ordinance. Such subdivision shall have <br /> as its major purpose the sales and conveyance of <br /> property rights and ownership of individual lots <br /> to consumers. <br /> 3. At no time may an existing mobile home or <br /> recreational vehicle park be converted to a <br /> mobile home or recreational vehicle subdivision <br /> without first meeting all the requirements of <br /> the city subdivision ordinance and receiving approval <br /> by the council. <br /> E. Specific use permits: Section 35 of this ordinance <br /> shall not apply to mobile or modular homes in this district. <br /> F. Area requirements: <br /> 1. Minimum area of mobile home lot or space: <br />
