<br /> -54- <br /> the north property line of Lot 8, Block 12 extended <br /> to its intersection with Comal Street. <br /> A. Minimum requirements: <br /> 1. Single-family attached and detached dwelling <br /> units: Two ( 2) parking spaces per dwelling <br /> unit. <br /> 2. Duplexes or two-family dwelling units: <br /> Two (2) parking spaces per dwelling unit. <br /> 3. For any multifamily dwelling or condominium <br /> in any zoning district or for any structure <br /> altered into a multifamily dwelling from any <br /> other classification, off-street parking <br /> spaces shall be provided in accordance with <br /> the following schedule. For each: <br /> Efficiency apart~ent: 1 1/2 spaces. <br /> One-bedroom apartment: 2 spaces. <br /> Two-bedroom apartment: 3 spaces. <br /> Each additional bedroom: 1 space. <br /> Where offices are provided on the site, visitor <br /> parking must be provided as per the office parking <br /> requirements outlined herein. Where clubhouses <br /> are provided on the site, appropriate off-street <br /> parking must be provided as per the nightclub <br /> requirements outlined herein. <br /> 4. Classrooms: One space for each classroom plus <br /> one for each ten (10) students. <br /> 5. Libraries, laboratories and student centers: <br /> One space for each five hundred (500) feet of <br /> floor area. <br /> 6. Men's and women's dormitories, fraternity houses, <br /> and sorority houses: One space for each room to <br /> be utilized for sleeping purposes, or one space <br /> for each two ( 2) beds, whichever number is greater. <br /> 7. The above regulations 4 through 6 shall not apply <br /> to private schools which do not permit students <br /> to bring motor vehicles to the institution; however, <br /> the educational institution shall be required to <br /> provide adequate off-street parking for faculty, <br /> administrative personnel, and athletic events in- <br /> cluding visiting of parents and/or other personnel. <br /> 8. Dance, assembly and exhibition halls without <br /> fixed seats: One space for each one hundred (100) <br /> square feet used for assembly or dancing. <br /> 9. Theaters, auditoriums, churches, assembly halls, <br /> sports arenas, stadiums: One space for each <br /> three ( 3) seats in the main auditorium or seating <br /> area. <br /> 10. Conunercial uses, office and professional buildings <br /> outside of the central business district, unless <br /> otherwise mentioned in this section, shall be <br /> required to have three ( 3) spaces for up to two <br /> hundred (200) square feet of floor area, plus one <br /> space for each additional two hundred (200) square <br /> feet of floor area. <br />
