<br /> -56- <br /> that parking for 2 specific uses occurs at <br /> alternating periods, the parking space require- <br /> ments of the use requiring the greater number <br /> of spaces may be applied to both uses in a com- <br /> bined parking area. Such parking shall be <br /> within 300 feet of all uses to be served by such <br /> parking. Example: Church and professional <br /> office building. <br /> 26. A public street shall not be classified as off- <br /> street parking in computing the parking require- <br /> ments for any use. <br /> 27. Parking spaces used for the parking of trucks or <br /> buses shall not be counted towards meeting the <br /> requirements of this section. <br /> 28. In the event that the owner of a piece of property <br /> has insufficient street frontage to comply with <br /> the above parking requirements, the board of <br /> adjustment may grant permission to lessen the <br /> parking requirements. <br /> 29. When the computation for the number of parking <br /> spaces required under this ordinance results in <br /> the requirements of a fractional space, the <br /> fractional space requirement shall be satisfied <br /> by adding one additional space to the whole- <br /> space total. <br /> 30. Off-street loading requirements: In all zoning <br /> districts there shall be provided in connection <br /> with appropriate allowable uses, off-street <br /> loading facilities in accordance with the following <br /> requirements: <br /> Any department store, industrial plant, <br /> manufacturing establishment, retail establish- <br /> ment, storage warehouse or wholesale establish- <br /> ment, which has an aggregate gross floor area <br /> of 10,000 square feet or more, arranged, 1n- <br /> tended or designed for such use shall be pro- <br /> vided with off-street truck loading or un- <br /> loading berths at least 12 feet wide, 14 feet <br /> high and 35 feet long in accordance with the <br /> following table.
