<br /> 1\ TT 1\OUvJ.EN T "1\", Page 44 <br /> ~ 10-;) SAN MAncos CODE § 10-;¡ <br /> of liquefied petroleum or natural gas products over any street <br /> or alley within the corporate limits of the city, except over <br /> the following designated streets and highways, to wit: <br /> U.S. Highway 81; State Highway 80; State Highway 123; <br /> Ranch Highway 12; Guadalupe Street from the circle <br /> on U. S. Highway 81 to Colorado Street; Colorado <br /> Street from North Guadalupe Street to Water Street; <br /> Water Street from Colorado Street to the Old Austin <br /> Road; Old Austin Road from '.Vater Street to the Alter- <br /> nate Route of U. S. Highway 81; Alternate Route of <br /> U. S. Highway 81 to U. S. Highway 81; West Hopkins <br /> Street from North Guadalupe Street to Moore Street; <br /> 1\loore Street to Smith Avenue; Smith Avenue to Ranch <br /> Highway 12; provided, however, that other streets may <br /> be traveled upon when they are designated by the chief <br /> of po~ ,ç with the approval of the city co' ~~il by visible <br /> markers and signs, when in the opinion of the. chief of <br /> police and the city council, the safety of the property <br /> and its citizens demands. <br /> (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to parl-~ or cause <br /> to be parked on any street or alley within the corporate limits <br /> of the city any motor vehicle, motor truck, trailer or other <br /> vehicle h;i.ving thereon, or attached thereto, a tank or other <br /> rec(,pbde used for the earrying of gasoline, butane, propane, <br /> methane, octane, pentane or any other kind of liquefied petro- <br /> Jcum or n::ltural gas products whether loaded, partially loaded <br /> or Unf)ty of such liquefied petroleum or natural gas products. <br /> This subsection shall not apply to any vehicle's stopping on any <br /> of the streets designated in subsection (a) :It filling stations <br /> for service, or breakdown of such vehicles on such streets. <br /> (c) Subsections (a þ. and (b) shall not apply under the. <br /> folJowing conditions and circumstances: <br /> 0) ìVhen any such truck, motor vehicle or trailer is carry- <br /> ing gasoline to [illing stations or commercial consumers <br /> Jocated within the corporate limits of the city; pro- <br /> vided, however, t11at such trucJ" motor vehicle or trailer <br /> docs not have a capadty of more than two thousand <br /> (2,000) gallons. <br /> 380 <br />
