<br /> ATTACHMENT "A", Page 45 <br /> § 10-:3 FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION § 10-3 <br /> (2) When any such truck, motor vehicle or trailer is carry- <br /> ing gasoline to bulk stations located within the cor- <br /> porate limits of the city. <br /> (3) \Vhen such truck, motor vehicle or trailer is carrying <br /> any of such products to be used exclusively for its <br /> own propulsion. <br /> (4) When any such truck, motor vehicle or trailer, loaded <br /> or partiaIIy loaded, has swpped on any street desig- <br /> nated in subsection (a) at a filling station or garage <br /> for necessary repairs, with the further provision that <br /> the same shall not remain at such filling station or <br /> garage longer than thirty (30) minutes unless police <br /> authorities are notiîied that it is necessary to remain <br /> for a longer period than thirty (30) minutes. <br /> (5) When any such truck, motor vehicle or trailer ü.;eds <br /> immediate repairs and is not loaded or partially loaded <br /> with any of such products and is on a direct route to <br /> a garage or to the o",'11er's private property or place <br /> of business of the O\vner of the truck, motor vehicle <br /> or trailer, or to the owner's place of business exclusively <br /> controIIed by such owner. <br /> (6) \Vhen any such truck, motor vehicle or trailer has broken <br /> doìv'11, has a flat tire or becomes out of repair or out <br /> of gasoline for its own propulsion to the extent that <br /> it cannot be propelled with its û'\vn power, providing <br /> the driver of such motor vehicle shall immediately <br /> notify the police department of such forced stoppage. <br /> If such vehicle as above described can be repaired <br /> within a period of two (2) hours, then such rep3.ir~ <br /> can be made where such vehicle has been forced w stop, <br /> providing that during such period for repair a poIic(.'- <br /> man, or someone designated by him, remains at such <br /> place of stoppage to warn other persons using tr\e <br /> highway, street or avenue of such danger. <br /> (7) When any such motor truck, motor vehicle or. trailer <br /> is lo;:¡ded or partbl1y loaded and has broken dowll und <br /> is out of repair to t11e extent that the same cannot be <br /> 381 <br />
