EXHIBIT A, Page 2 fee and tiedown fee to be paid by Tenant to City no later than the fifteenth day of the month. If such fees are not paid by Tenant to the City by said fifteenth (15th) day, Tenant shall be in default under this Agreement and Section 8 of this Agreement shall apply. The amount of the lease fee hereunder may be changed by the City upon thirty (30) days prior written notice of such change from City to Tenant. 4. TENANT'S USE OF THE SPACE: The said space shall be used. by the Tenant only for the tiedown of the heretofore described Aircraft. Tenant shall neither permit nor conduct any maintenance on the heretofore described aircraft except such minor maintenance as can be performed by Tenant without the benefit of an aircraft mechanic. The Tenant shall keep the said space clean and free of debris at all times during the term of this lease. Tenant shall comply with .all applicable ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations established either prior to or during the term of this lease by any federal, state or local government, or by tb.e City. Upon the termination of this lease and Agreement, Tenant shall i~TIediately surrender possession of the said Space to the City and shall immediately remove the heretofore described Aircraft therefrom, leaving such Space in the same condition as received from the City at the beginning of the lease term, ordinary wear and tear excepted. City shall provide chains and anchors, sufficient to anchor aircraft to said space under normal and ordinary conditions, for the use of Tenant in securing the Aircraft to the said space. Tenant hereby accepts such chains and anchors as 1S, in the condition in which such chains and anchors are as provided by City. 5. SUBLEASE/ASSIGNMENT: Tenant shall have no right to sub-lease the said Space or to assign this lease and Agreement.
