<br /> 28 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1984-60 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING <br /> AND APPROVING THE EMPLOYMENT OF FREESE <br /> AND NICHOLS, INC. FOR THE PROVISION TO <br /> SAID CITY OF ENGINEERING SERVICES IN <br /> CONNECTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE MILL STREET <br /> PHASE II PROJECT IN SAID CITY; APPROVING <br /> THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A CONTRACT <br /> BETWEEN SAID CITY AND FREESE AND NICHOLS, <br /> INC. i AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY <br /> TO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT; AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the employment of Freese and Nichols, <br /> Inc. for the provision to said City of engineering services <br /> in connection with the construction of drainage improvements <br /> for the Mill Street Phase II Project in said City is hereby <br /> authorized and approved. <br /> PART 2. That the terms and conditions of a contract <br /> between said City and Freese and Nichols, Inc. for provision <br /> to said City of such engineering services, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, are <br /> hereby in all things approved. <br /> PART 3. That the Mayor of said City, Emmie Craddock, <br /> be, and she is hereby, authorized to execute said contract on <br /> behalf of said City. <br /> PART 4.
