Meet with the City staff once to review plans prior to <br /> advertisement for bids. <br /> It is our understanding that the following items are excluded <br /> from our scope of work: <br /> 1. Preparation and mail out of notice to bidders. <br /> 2. Distribution of plans to bidders. <br /> 3. Newspaper adver-tisement. <br /> 4. Construction inspection and certification. <br /> 5. Contract execution. <br /> 6. Cost of printing additional sets of plans and <br /> specifications other than the 25 sets. <br /> 7. Any other items not specifically mentioned in our scope <br /> of work. <br /> We will do the above-stated scope of work at our standard <br /> cost times multiplier basis as shown on the attached schedule <br /> of charges. The cost of these services shall not exceed <br /> $4,000.00. <br /> Any additional work or meetings beyond the above-described <br /> scope would be accomplished at our standard cost times <br /> multiplier rates as shown on the attached Schedule of <br /> Charges.
