<br /> -2- <br /> heavy equipment by Miller and Miller Auctioneers of Fort Worth, <br /> Texas. Heavy equipment brought to and from the Airport will be <br /> delivered and hauled off the Airport premises only by use of <br /> the back entry to said Airport. No portion of any equipment <br /> brought onto said demised premises pursuant to the terms of <br /> this Agreement shall be extended at any time to a height of <br /> more than fifty (50) feet from the ground. <br /> IV. <br /> Lessee agrees to pay Lessor the sum of Two Thousand Five <br /> Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) as a rental fee for said demised premises. <br /> Payment shall be made to City prior to August 16, 1984. Lessee <br /> shall within ten (10) days after filing a sales tax report with <br /> the State Comptroller's Office, furnish Lessor with a copy of <br /> said report. <br /> V. <br /> It lS agreed that Lessee shall comply with all Texas Alcoholic <br /> Beverage Commission rules and regulations for any activities <br /> conducted upon the demised premises pursuant to this Agreement. <br /> VI. <br /> Lessee shall maintain at its own cost and expense public <br /> liability insurance on an occurrence basis with minimum limits <br /> of liability in an amount of $100,000 for bodily injury, personal <br /> injury or death to anyone person; up to $300,000 for each occurrence; <br /> and $100,000 for damage to property; and such insurance policy shall <br /> contain the endorsement that such insurance may not be cancelled or <br /> amended with respect to Lessee without ten (10) days written notice <br /> by registered mail to Lessor by the insurance company; and that <br /> Lessor shall not be required to pay any premiums for insurance. <br /> Any insurance policy herein required or procured by Lessee shall <br /> contain an express waiver of any rights of subrogation by the <br /> insurance company against the Lessor. A copy of such insurance policy <br /> shall be delivered by Lessee to Lessor within ten (10) days of <br />
