<br /> -4- <br /> Lessee shall not permit any purchased equipment to be removed <br /> from said demised premises prior to September 1, 1984. Lessee <br /> shall place all available equipment at the east end of the ramp <br /> as shown on Exhibits A & B. <br /> IX. <br /> Provision of adequate sanitary facilities during the term <br /> of this lease shall be the sole responsibility of Lessee. <br /> X. <br /> Lessee shall pay all utility bills which are attributable <br /> to said auction conducted by Lessee. If installation of additional <br /> utilities is necessary for such activities to be conducted during <br /> the period of time described in Part I I, the expense of said <br /> installation shall be the sole responsibility of Lessee. Any <br /> such installed utilities shall remain on said demised premises <br /> at the termination of this lease agreement unless those utilities <br /> can be removed without damage to said demised premises. <br /> XI. <br /> It lS agreed that Lessee shall in no way interfere with <br /> normal use of Airport facilities by fixed base aircraft during <br /> the auction conducted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. <br /> Aircraft with hangar space shall have continuous access to and <br /> from hangar area. <br /> XII. <br /> During time of war or national emergency, Lessor shall have <br /> the right to lease the landing area, Airport or any part thereof <br /> to the United States Government for military or naval use, and <br /> if such lease is executed, the provisions of this instrument, <br /> insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions of the <br /> lease to the Government, shall be suspended. This lease shall <br /> be subordinate to the provisions of any existing or future <br /> agreement between Lessor and the United States relative to the <br /> operation or maintenance of the Airport, the execution of which <br />
