<br /> Task 4 -- Development of Findings and Preliminary Recommendations <br /> This task will involve summarizing the results of all interviews and analysis activities and <br /> determining where deficiencies and/or meaningful opportunities for improvement exist. <br /> Recommendations to achieve the improvements will be formulated on a preliminary basis <br /> at this time. <br /> Task 5 -- Review Findings and Preliminary Recommendations with Management <br /> This task involves holding worksessions with City and department management to review <br /> the findings and preliminary recommendations of the study team. This is necessary to <br /> identify areas of disagreement and/or where additional analysis is necessary to reach <br /> closure. At the completion of this task, all recommendations will have been reviewed and <br /> to the extent possible, differences of opinion resolved. <br /> Task 6 -- Finalize Recommendations and Develop Implementation Plan <br /> This task involves organizing the recommendations by responsibility, timing, etc. and <br /> developing an implementation plan. <br /> Task 7 -- Final Presentation and Report Submittal <br /> The results of the management review will be presented to the City Council and a final <br /> report prepared and submitted. <br /> Study Schedule <br /> The study schedule is outlined below by project task.
