CiTY will stockpile 2 arch plpes and equipment necessary <br />~o get p es into ditch. <br /> <br />~. ilroad and/or railroad contractor will be responsible <br />for all backfill meter ~s, as noted on plans, earth mov- <br />~ng equipment and any other equipment or materials neces- <br />sary to complete project TO finished conditions. <br /> <br />c. CiTY will be responsible for setting grades and construc- <br />~ headwalls and aprons. <br /> <br />2. Cons~ruction begins: <br /> <br />a. P lroad Torces will remove rails, backfill materials, <br />eXlST Trest~e. <br /> <br />~. Railroad contractor will excavate channel to final grade. <br />(Including preparlng subgrade and embedment area for <br />Í:;.stalJ.ation of The culvert pipes.) <br /> <br />c.
