Copies of invoices wi11 be sub- <br />mitted with request for funds for non-operational grants, i.e., equipment purchases, <br />construction, and contract services. <br /> <br />Future Support <br /> <br />Approva 1 of the above ent it 1 ed and numbered grant does not commi t the Governor's <br />Office to future funding. Any future funding shall be determined by the state plan <br />under which application may be made, all applicable policies and procedures promul- <br />gated by the Governor's Office, Criminal Justice Division, and the appropriation of <br />funds. <br /> <br />1.
