<br /> Special Condition <br /> JUVENILE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER <br /> 1. Personnel shall maintain daily time and attendance records <br /> itemizing the hours spent in project and non-project activities <br /> as prescribed in OMB Circular A-87. Attachment "B". Item 10. <br /> Non-project time shall be paid from non-project local funds. <br /> 2. Juvenile Law Enforcement Units - All officer~ assigned as a <br /> Juvenlle law enforcement officer must attend the 40-hour Juvenile <br /> Officer Training Course and the 40-hour Delinquency Prevention for <br /> Law Enforcement Officers course at the Texas Juvenile Justice <br /> Center in San Marcos. Texas (512-392-0166) within six months after <br /> attaining assignment. if they have not received this training <br /> previously. <br /> 3. The grantee shall provide CJD with a copy of its Juvenile Court <br /> Guidelines for disposition of juveniles without referral to court <br /> in accordance with Title 3. Section 52.03.
