C. Gonzalez, Jr., Janis Womack, Lamar Hankins and Jesse Click and on Page 22 to change the project populations of the years 1990, 1995, 2000 and 2005 and to use CAPCO's estimated population figures if they are appropriate, but in any event for Staff to make the appropriate figure adjustments. Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was re- corded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Moore. NAY: Coddington. ABSTAIN: None. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval to enter into an Agreement with MBank Austin, as Paying AgentlRegistrar for $3,020,000.00 of General Obligation Bonds. Mr. Farr moved for approval and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Guerra. NAY: Moore. ABSTAIN: None. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval authorizing the the Mayor to execute a Letter Agreement allowing First Southwest Com- pany to bid on the $3,020,000.00 General Obligation Bonds. Mayor Craddock moved for approval and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of an Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE 1984-86 ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 13, 1984 WHICH SET FORTH AN ITEMIZED ESTIM- ATE OF THE EXPENSE OF CONDUCTING EACH ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAID CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1984 AND ENDING ON SEPTEMBER 30, 1985, AND APPROPRIATED MONEY FOR THE VARIOUS FUNDS AND PURPOSES OF SUCH ESTIMATE; TO RE- VISE SAID ESTIMATES AND TO REAPPROPRIATE SAID FUNDS; ADOPTING SAID REVISIONS AND ESTIMATES; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mr. Guerra moved for approval of the Ordinance and Mayor Craddock se- conded the motion, which passed unanimously. The Council directed Sgt. Minnick be in attendance at second reading to answer questions of the Council.
