-2- The point cited herein as the West Reference Mark is a 3/8" diameter drill hole near the west end of the concrete parking ramp, and 9.5 feet North of the south edge of the ramp. The point cited herein as the East Reference Mark is a 3/8" diameter drill hole in the concrete parking ramp opposite the east legs of the old control tower, and 9.5 feet North of the south edge of the ramp. From the West Reference Mark, the East Reference Mark bears South 89°_58'-34" East a distance of 1505.44 feet. Beginning at Point No. 4, from which the West Reference Mark bears North 71°-44'-20" East a distance of 237.13 feet; thence South 32°-18'-41" East a distance of 205.41 feet to Point No. 12; thence South 85°-18'-16" East a distance of 497.03 feet to Point No. 13; thence South 88°-07'-46" East a distance of 992.86 feet to Point No. 16; thence North 06°-25'-59" East a distance of 106.28 feet to Point No. 17; thence South 88°-30'-16" East a distance of 136.62 feet to Point No. 18, which is the final point, and from which the East Reference Mark bears North 04°-01'-17" West a distance of 218.87 feet; Strips for the location of guy wires at selected points shall also be subject to easements; these strips shall be 30.00 feet wide, and extend 30.00 feet from the point. From Point No.4, the strip centerline shall bear North 32°-18'-41" West; from Point No. 12, the strip centerlines shall bear South 32°-18'-41" East and North 85°-18'-16" West; from Point No. 16, the strip centerlines shall bear South 88°-07'-46" East and South 06°-25'-59" West; from Point No. 17, the strip centerlines shall bear North 06°-25'-59" East and North 88°-30'-16" West; from Point No. 18, the strip centerline shall bear South 88°-30'-16" East. and as shown on the plat thereof attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A; together with the right of ingress and egress over the adjacent lands of Grantor to and from said easement premises for the purpose of constructing, installing, operating, repairing, maintaining, relocating, replacing and removing said lines and all appurtenances thereto. In granting this easement, it is understood by and between the parties that at pole locations only a single pole and appurtenances will be used, and that the location of the poles will be such as to form the least possible interference to farm operations, so long as it does not materially increase the cost of construction.
