(3) <br /> <br />(e) Establishments located in a "C-2" <br />Commercia Distric on vember 20, 1 8, as <br />indicated upon the zoning map of the ci y and <br />which were dispensing liquor, wine, or beer <br />for on-p emises consumption under perm t by <br />the State of Texas on said date are exempt <br />from the equiremen s of this subsection (b) <br />( 5) . <br /> <br />(6) A appro riate areas of the premises outside <br />of the place of bus ness shall be well li hted fo <br />the safety and protection of patrons. Li hting <br />sha 1 be arran ed, however, so as to not inter <br />w th t e easonable use and enjoyment of adjacent <br />property.
