The pplicant may reapply n <br />acco dance with the procedures of Sec on <br />35.H. 3. a. <br /> <br />. Su pen ion: <br /> <br />n accord nce with the authority ranted to <br />nic palities by the state, the City of San rcos <br />shall have the ri ht to immediately suspend the <br />specific use perm t for any property where t e <br />premise a e det rm ned to be an immediate hazard <br />to the hea th nd safety of any person 0 n <br />immediate daD er to any adjacent property. Such <br />suspension sha be fo a period not to e ceed <br />twenty-four (24) hours or until the dan e 0 <br />haza removed. <br /> <br />. Use Pe m Review, Revocation, or Sus nsion: <br /> <br />(1) Upo excessive v olation of conditions or buse <br />of specific use per it privile es, the Ci y of San <br />Marcos shal have the right to revoke or uspend <br />any specif c use permit as to any permit holder <br />upon ten (10) days written notice 0 said perm t <br />holder and upon revocation hearing before he <br />Zonin Commission. <br /> <br />(2) Each standard has a wei hted violation va ue <br />s wn n p rentheses at he end of the enumer ted <br />standard in subsection b. Any combinat on of <br />confirmed standard violations adding to a va ue of <br />six (6) or more shall consti ute rounds fo the <br />use perm t revew.
