Mayor Narvaiz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Section 551.074 to discuss the employment of a public officer or employee (City Attorney); and the duties of a public officer (Appointed Board Members), Section 551.087, to discuss commercial or financial information the City has received from a business prospect that the City seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the City and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations, or to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to such a business prospect (Economic Development Contract). The Council adjourned into Executive Session at 6:03 p.m. * Mr. Guerrero arrived at 6:15 and Mr. Jones arrived at 6:30 p.m.
