ATTACHMENT A <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br />N. LBJ AND OAKRIDGE UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />a. 60 %: KFA will provide four (4) hard copies of 11" x 17" plan sets and one <br />(1) pdf electronic copy. At a minimum, the plan set will contain the <br />following: <br />i. Cover Sheet <br />ii. Project Layout Sheet: KFA will provide a layout of the project with <br />plan sheet references. <br />iii. Plan or Plan and Profile Sheets: waterlines 8" in diameter and less <br />will be plan only. All other improvements will be plan and profile. <br />(Estimated Number of Sheets 50) <br />iv. List of Standard Details: City of San Marcos details will be used <br />where available. City of Austin details will be used otherwise. <br />V. List of Standard Specifications: City of San Marcos Division 1 <br />specifications will be used. City of Austin standard specifications <br />will be used. <br />vi. Project Specific/Special Specifications <br />vii. Project Specific/Special Details <br />viii. Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost: A Class B <br />estimate (t 10 %) will be provided. <br />ix. Construction Project Schedule: KFA will develop a Construction <br />Schedule for the project consisting of design, bid and construction <br />phases. The schedule will be updated during design. <br />b. 90 %: KFA will provide four (4) hard copies of 11" x 17" plan sets and one <br />(1) pdf electronic copy. In addition to the 60% items, the plan set will also <br />contain the following: <br />i. Cover Sheet <br />ii. Notes <br />iii. Quantities: Quantities will be indicated by page <br />iv. Plan or Plan and Profile Sheets (Estimated Number of Sheets 70) <br />V. Traffic Control Plans <br />vi. Details <br />vii. Project Specific/Special Specifications <br />viii. Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost: A Class B <br />estimate (t 10 %) will be provided. <br />ix. Construction Project Schedule: KFA will develop a Construction <br />Schedule for the project consisting of design, bid and construction <br />phases. The schedule will be updated during design. <br />c. Final 100 %: KFA will provide two (2) hard copies of 11" x 17" plan sets <br />and one (1) pdf electronic copy.
