LANDLORD'S WORK <br /> <br />PAGE 4 OF4 <br /> <br />The construction work to be performed by Landlord with respect to the building in which the Demised Premises are <br />to be located ("Landlord's Work") shall consist of the following: <br /> <br />I. Structural steel frame on drilled pier footings. <br />2. Exterior waU furnished outside only (side and back waUs ofbuilding(s)). <br />3. Standard storefront and entrance. <br />4. Concrete floor. <br />S Exterior service areas, if any <br />6. Roofs, canopies and sidewalks. <br />7. Electrical service to building (Landlord does not provide gas service to demised premises). <br />8. Water and sewer service lines to Demised Premises to accommodate restroom facilities. <br />9. Conunon areas, including landscaping, parking facilities, striping, and curbs, if any <br />10. Interior lighting consisting of standard 2 x 4 fluorescent light fixtures. <br />II. HeatinglVentilatinglAir-Conditioning System for Demised Premises <br />12. Standard ceiling tile <br />13.
