Floor covering, except as specified under "Landlord's Work". <br />2. Interior walls and/or party wall framing, except as specified under "Landlord's Work" <br />3. Interior walls, interior side or exterior walls and/or party wall finishes, including all intenor <br />and rear doors, door trim, jambs, paneling, sheetrock and base, except as specified <br />under "Landlord's Work", <br />4. Ceiling, finished, except as specified under "Landlord's Work". <br />5. Phone conduit, boxes and pull wires <br />6, Interior hardware, rough and finished, including hmges, locks, hanging brackets and <br />adjustable shelf hardware, except as specified under "Landlord's Work" <br /> <br />Tenant shall pay all costs ofTenanl's Work. Tenant shall furnish at its sole cost all labor, materials and equipment <br />for the installation and conslruction of all mterior shelving and trade fixtures necessary for the conduct of Ten ant's <br />business. <br /> <br />M. Temporary Utilities. Tenant and/or the contractors or subcontractors performing Tenanl's Work shall be <br />responsible for temporary toilets and for temporary utilities required for Tenant's Work, including payment of all <br />charges thereof.
