That said regular city election shall be conducted <br /> jointly with the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District <br /> Board of Trustee Election pursuant to the terms and conditions of a <br /> Joint Election Agreement between said School District and said City <br /> approved by the San Marcos City Council on February 14, 1983. <br /> SECTION 6. That JANIS K. WOMACK be, and she is hereby, appointed <br /> clerk for absentee voting and that JULIE VILLANUEVA be, and she is <br /> hereby, appointed deputy clerk for absentee voting. <br /> SECTION 7. That absentee voting for said regular city election <br /> shall be held at City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street within said <br /> City and at the Administration Building, San Marcos Consolidated <br /> Independent School District, 50~ South L.B.J. Drive in said City. <br /> Said absentee voting shall be conducted during normal working days <br /> in the City Hall and in the Administration Building from March <br /> 14, 198~ to March 29, 1983, and the hours for absentee voting <br /> shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 630 East Hopkins shall be <br /> the absentee clerk's mailing address to which ballot applications <br /> and ballots voted by mail may be sent. Absentee votes shall be <br /> delivered to the San Marcos Public Library at 12:00 p.m. on April <br /> 2, 1982. The Absentee Voting Canvassing Board shall consist of <br /> Presiding Judge Mary Louise Thornton and Alternate Judge Mary Cude. <br /> Absentee votes shall be counted at the central counting station. <br /> The special canvassing board shall perform in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Article 7.15, Texas Election Code. <br />
