If a judgment is not entered by the court on or before June 1, 1983, this agreement shall be null and void and not binding on either party. 5. General provisions 5.01. If any term, provision, covenant or condition of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remainder of the provisions shall remain In full force and effect and shall be in no way affected, impaired, or invalidated.
